Great bottle for a great system

I used this bottle for a recent bike packing tour. The Fidlock system didn’t drop my (suspension fork mounted) bottles once over a 450 mile gravel and single track journey. They held on through hours of hike-a-bike too. The bottle itself is much better than the Fidlock 600 bottle. The spout and spout cover on the 590 are perfect and the flexible bottle is easy to use.

Good connector; Funky bottle

Magnetic connection to the base works well, very secure. The bottle itself is odd: very soft, mushy plastic, but the cap must be screwed on very tightly or it leaks. Not easy to do! The flip cap 'dirt cover' is good; the squeeze-to-squirt valve takes some practice, or you'll get a face full of water.
