We are so sorry that there was an incompatibility. If you aren't able to connect because of a missing Bottle Connector, that is an easy fix. Purchase a bottle connector and attach it to the Replacement Bottle. Our Replacement Bottles do not come with Bottle Connectors, but our Singles do. We understand that the wording may take some getting used to.
