Warranty Policy
Fidlock Bike products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase for the original owner. Fidlock USA™ will, at its discretion, replace or repair defective products. To receive warranty service, within one year the original owner must submit a claim to support@fidlock.us (which may require returning affected goods to Fidlock USA™) accompanied by proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage, malfunctions, or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, or a crash.
This Limited Warranty is made only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable, and is void to any subsequent owner.
